Brilliant jacket, I absolutely love it and have received so many compliments! I’ve been wearing it constantly since it arrived. My old biker is now getting a well-deserved break, and I practically live in my Selina blazer. It’s slightly insulated, which makes it perfect for late September and early October. Initially, I left a mixed review: the product was excellent, but the refund process was confusing. The company had offered a promotion: “Get a Replacement + 25% Refund” which wasn’t initially honoured. However, the team reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. Overall, the customer service is helpful and attentive. I hope that, following feedback from me and perhaps others, they will refine their promotional offers to avoid any similar confusion in the future. Aside from that small hiccup, everything else has been smooth. The quality of the product is outstanding, shipping was quick, considering the jackets come from Pakistan, and the returns and refunds were processed promptly. I am very happy with my purchase!!!
