I rarely write reviews on a product but my experience with IUGA was excellent. I ordered a pair of leggings and was not happy with the fit. I contacted them and received a quick response and given two options to fix the problem. I was sent another size very quickly and I love the fit and the softness of the leggings. I will be ordering more from this company.

I absolutely love the PowerTight Sandwich No Front Seam Leggings - they are so soft and compress in all the right places. In my last order, I wanted to try a different pair. The new pair was a high quality pair but the fit wasn't as perfect as the PowerTight Sandwich, so I asked to do an exchange. The customer service response was prompt and extremely helpful. They have already sent the replacement and allowed me to donate the pair that didn't fit. Amazing service! I would buy these tights again and again and recommend to anyone looking for quality products.

Ordered a very stylish outfit from Iuga. Wonderful soft material. Unfortunately I believe I may have mistakenly ordered the wrong size top. Customer service was wonderful about getting the correct size ready to send out to me. I received my order and found that I needed the items a smaller size. Kikyo in customer service was so helpful! She offered two options, a gift card for the purchase amount or to send the items in a smaller size. I had the choice! And I don’t need to return the original items to get the gift card credit! So easy to resolve my issue. I will def stop IUGA again. Love their products and service!

I ordered IUGA quick drying swim shorts and they arrived within a few days. The shorts are well-made and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I need a different size. When I reached out to return the shorts, Kikyo was prompt with her response. They were sending me a different size and I was to keep my current pair to share with a friend! I think that is an awesome business move! Thank you IUGA!
