I first learned of IUGA products from a neighbor a year ago, and ordered two fleece-lined leggings on Amazon. Not only was the material buttery soft, as promoted, but they were amazingly warm! Wanting to break free of Amazon, I went straight to IUGA for future orders, and it was the best decision I ever made. As other customers have attested, their customer service is very responsive and fast. I have since ordered multiple products, and practically live in them. IUGA is now my go-to place for leisure wear.

I will not be ordering from another company when I need yoga pants. The prices are fantastic and customer service is excellent. I needed to return my order for a different size and not only did they offer to send another size, but they said to keep the yoga pants and give to a friend or donate. Can't say enough nice things about this company.

I had ordered 2 skirts and 1 didn't fit. I requested an exchange of the one that didn't fit. I received a very nice email indicating they were shipping the correct size AND I was welcome to keep the one that didn't fit and gift to someone else. Now that is excellent customer service.
