These customer service folks are great

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience with INIA and have had the opportunity to try several of their beauty devices, including their LED face mask, HAUTE Pro IPL device, and SPHERA facial device. What initially impressed me was the thoughtful design of their LED mask. Unlike some rigid masks, it’s flexible and comfortable to wear, and I really appreciate the attention to details like the eye protection pads. I’ve also enjoyed exploring their other devices and incorporating them into my beauty routine. I appreciate that INIA focuses on creating innovative beauty tools that are practical and comfortable to use at home. I’ve also had a positive experience communicating with their team, who have been friendly, responsive, and supportive. Après quelques semaines d'utilisation des appareils Inia Glow Wireless et NIA SPHERA, je constate déjà un teint plus éclatant et des traits plus apaisés. Intégrer ces deux technologies à ma routine beauté a été un excellent choix. La réception a été une très belle surprise. L'emballage est soigné et les produits affichent un design moderne et robuste qui ne fait absolument pas bon marché. Faciles à prendre en main et très agréables à utiliser, j'ai hâte de voir les bénéfices de ce rituel sur le long terme.

All their products that I own are really high quality. They don’t feel cheap and I do believe that constant use will generate results.

I bought the INIA 4d mask and neck and chest combo and it actually works! I had a very crepey neck and I’m noticing a difference! I’ve been using it daily for 10-15 minutes. I have had it for 3 weeks. I was doubtful but it is definitely worth buying. Very happy it works. I’m noticing my skin is smoother too.

I received my product and after a couple of uses it stopped working, there customer service was quick and sent out a new product which I received in less than 2weeks
