These customer service folks are great

This online shop sent me a defective item. I emailed them on the day I received my package letting them know about the problem, after I did all their requests doing troubleshooting, taking videos so they can see what's going on, they said they were going to ESCALATE my situation. Still, until now they can't even answer my question with “ANY UPDATE” They're giving me the same answer over and over again with this word “ESCALATE” If this one is escalated then this problem has already been solved!! I did my part as a customer; I paid for my order, yiu guys are the ones who messed up by sending your customer a defective item, and why am I the one who needs to wait for a looooooong time, and why not just refund my money when that's MY MONEY! Dont trust this STORE!!!!

Après quelques semaines d'utilisation des appareils Inia Glow Wireless et NIA SPHERA, je constate déjà un teint plus éclatant et des traits plus apaisés. Intégrer ces deux technologies à ma routine beauté a été un excellent choix. La réception a été une très belle surprise. L'emballage est soigné et les produits affichent un design moderne et robuste qui ne fait absolument pas bon marché. Faciles à prendre en main et très agréables à utiliser, j'ai hâte de voir les bénéfices de ce rituel sur le long terme.

All their products that I own are really high quality. They don’t feel cheap and I do believe that constant use will generate results.

The concept? Great. The fact that it's 199 euros on Amazon.fr VS $179 on Amazon.com? FRUSTRATING to say the least. and on their website, jacked up prices with discounts that ARE STILL more than elsewhere. If you take your potential clients for morons, WHY SHOULD WE TRUST YOU WITH OUR INSECURITIES?

Absolute disgrace of a shop , they said the product was 50% at 169 dollars but they have charged me 200£ , keep away from these bandits . Customer service is non existent and they fib you off with any rubbish . I have asked for a refund and cancel the order but they said you must receive the product then send it back. Why say it is in a sale then charge full price the website is a complete con shop elsewhere

I bought the INIA 4d mask and neck and chest combo and it actually works! I had a very crepey neck and I’m noticing a difference! I’ve been using it daily for 10-15 minutes. I have had it for 3 weeks. I was doubtful but it is definitely worth buying. Very happy it works. I’m noticing my skin is smoother too.
