The product was excellent. I purchased two items: the moissanite hellcat pendant and the light blue moissanite earrings each 1 CT size. The hellcat pendant was excellently crafted the shine was impressive and the quality of the silver and moissanite was worth the price. The earrings were also wonderful and excellent quality.

My custom grills did not fit my mold nor my teeth. I was instructed to bend the myself to try to adjust and tighten them, that didn’t work whatsoever. There were no other options given. Highly disappointed. I will never order again.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. That's definitely not the outcome we want for any of our pieces. One of our team members has already messaged you directly to follow up on your order and see how we can address this together. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to talk things through, so please check your inbox when you have a chance.

Super responsive I’ll tell you that and very accommodating. I got my order fine and I love it! They kept checking in to see if the design was how I liked it and if any amendments needed to be done. Definitely recommend!
