Very easy process
Communication was good and the process was super easy. It took me a little longer because I messed up my impression but they were quick to send me a replacement. I love my grill and can’t wait to order another!

My experience with this brand is terrible. They blatantly canceled my commission without any proof. When I complained, they blocked me! If you are thinking of collaborating with this brand, don't!

if you are thinking of working with this brand then don't. They have a lot of tricks and excuses to not pay you commission while they don't give any proof. They promised to pay me commission but then blocked me.

I saw someone on ig tag them so I gave them a try. We I contacted them, they responded quickly. Was able to determine how I wanted my set. They assured me the process would be smooth. They constantly kept me up to date throughout the entirety of the process. Can’t wait to order my new set

If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. This company has the absolute worst customer service of any business I've dealt with in the past 45 years. We have been without service for 4 days and they are giving us the run around. When it works it works good but we have many blips and slow times. Also they owe us money for a service we had cancelled and they never paid us. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
