They explained the shipping process and how to care for fish. I received 1 fish that didn't make it and they gave me a refund for that fish. I order an 2nd set and it all worked out properly.

Very fast delivery, ordered on the weekend and fish arrived on Tuesday. All fish arrived in good condition and are very colorful and bright in my tank. It was my first experience with shipping live fish and with this company, and it went very well.

You sent an extra fish. One did die but the extra one made up for it.
