I was initially a bit worried about the shipping process for my blue crayfish, named Toccata, but it is clear that a lot of time and effort is put into the packaging. Not only that, Toccata came with instructions for water acclimation, which really helps beginners like myself! In general, it was a great shopping experience. Toccata is doing excellently and he continues to live a vibrant life.

The quality of the fish I received was amazing. The packaging and instructions on how to transition the fish into my aquarium was helpful.
