Great customer service!!
Great customer service!!! Shipping is expensive and takes awhile. Overall they go above and beyond to ensure your fish arrive healthy and alive which they did. I purchased 5 different Koi fish and arrived alive, healthy and thriving in their new home. My guest always con and admire our tank and compliment our fish. I will highly recommend and would purchase again.

I purchased 3 thunder line royal…
I purchased 3 thunder line royal plecos, they were like 1 1/2” or so, yes small babies, but I knew that, Valerie over there sent me a message that they had they as little ones, they arrived great , but one in 3 different tanks, these things now are like 4 1/2 to 5” now, I had them maybe 5 weeks, beautiful plecos too, I placed each one in tanks I’m power feeding for my tank build latter, couldn’t be happier, they’re great over there, from stock to your door, Valerie is the best, Thanks again Raymond Simental

All fish arrived healthy
All fish arrived healthy, they even called to time the delivery according to the winter weather to ensure safe delivery!!

Customer service was awesome
Customer service was awesome. I ordered my babies n realized I’d be out of town for delivery arrival. So, I called. They called back n were very polite and helpful. Got immediate notice upon their arrival at my door. They r beautiful n adjusted quickly. Also, I ordered 4 in ones, because I already had larger cichlids n was afraid smaller ones would get picked on. I wondered if they would truly be 4in.s, and they are. Yay. 5 stars guys. Definitely recommend this company!!!
