The staff and service there are great. They also have the best fish collection in all of NYC…trust me you will not be disappointed with the fish you end up buying. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ordered three, 3" cichlids, different varieties to join our existing 4 cichlids. Placed order on a Sunday evening, received fish on Tuesday morning. All seemed fine, were a good size and beautiful. Followed the simple integration instructions. Unfortunately, we did lose one of the new fish the very next day, but 3 weeks later the remaining fish seem to be doing just fine. This is our 2nd experience ordering from The iFish Store and we'll order from them again in the future.

They care about customer service because they handled and shipped my order quickly. When my fish came, I was impressed by how healthy and lively they were. This shows that they take good care of their products. The fish quickly got used to their new home and are doing well. They add much variety to my tank. I strongly advise iFish to anyone who wants to add colorful and unique fish to their tank.
