I normally don't write reviews but in this situation I feel it important. First we are all as lovers of the aquatic hobby. I was very reluctant on my purchase since the price was almost 50% less than most sellers due to size (all of my Cichlids were 2in. vs. the normal sellers of 3in.) Awesome I get to see them grow up! Ok, the shipment was delivered, the box was intact and the heating pad was still warm, and no leaks of the individually packed fish (13 ea.). All of them arrived healthy although not collared due to stress (normal). After acclamation to their new home and being feed (they were hungry) within 45 minutes they all regained their color and look absolute amazing!!!! All are doing awesome as my living room show piece….l highly recommend this seller *not taken lightly when your spending a lot of money for quality unseen*……

Hi Troy; Thank you so much for your awesome review! We're so happy to hear that all the Cichlids acclimated well and started showing their colors so soon after being introduced to their new home. We really work hard at ensuring our packing procedures are optimal so that the fish we ship are minimally stressed during their trip. And it sounds like your Cichlids had a good trip! :) Thank you for trusting us with this purchase and we hope we can serve you again in the future!

Great quality African Cichlids! I was very impressed with how well they were packaged up as well and the delivery was so fast! I also really liked how helpful the staff was. Especially when some of my fish perished only a few days after purchase. They refunded my money!

Not knowing what the fish was going to look like. Was very happy with outcome
Response from The iFISH StoreApr 1, 2024
Hi Wendy; We know how worrisome it can be to place an order for aquarium fish online, hoping that you'll receive healthy fish and what was expected. We're always thrilled to hear when our customers are very pleased when the fish finally arrive. We hope that your Oscars have acclimated well and will be living the good life in their new home. Thank you for providing a review about your experience with us. We're here if you need us again in the future!

All my beautiful fish came alive and well , so happy with you guys.!!! I lost 2 females, they ended up taking them out... but the other 10 are doing amazing.
Response from The iFISH StoreApr 1, 2024
Hi Michelle; Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear that the remaining 10 fish are doing well. But those 2 females...yikes, Cichlids can be a pretty dicey bunch sometimes. They may not have found the designated hiding places quick enough. :( Nevertheless, we hope you're enjoying the newest additions to your aquarium. We appreciate your business and value your feedback!

Second time ordering. Everything went well the fish are awesome. Only lost one after about a week in the tank. I’ll take those odds anytime
