Hi Robert; We're very happy to hear all those Bumble Bee's made the trip well. We really focus on our packing procedures to prevent any excessive stress when they are shipping. We understand the cost of shipping can be prohibitive to our customers as it has become that way for us and the carriers as well. As it stands, we make no profit on our shipping costs because the cost of Overnight Shipping for a fairly heavy box of water is already expensive and we don't want to make it any higher than we have to for our customers. This store was amazing their email after purchase was full of information for what would happen from start to finish. We ordered 18 fish and only lost casualty moving them to the new tank. And now our 2 electric blue Acaras are laying eggs and lost one more fish to them protecting their eggs but all in all we have no complaints. In fact this will probably be our permanent fish store.
