Ordering process was really easy and fish were beautiful. Only issue I had was a blue peacock I had order out of 12 happened to pass after acclimating for about an hour and a half. I emailed back regarding the live fish guarantee and haven’t heard back yet. Was my favorite fish I had ordered out of the 12 and would love to have one in my tank.

The African cichlids I got showed up looking amazing and they are still doing great. The guppies I got for my community tank showed up looking great but all 4 died within 2 weeks water parameters were good not sure what happened to them.

Packaging and delivery was exceptional!!! I waited a while to write a review because I wanted to let them thrive a bit! All fishes were eating like champions on the first day and continue to do so they have seen significant growth in just two months. The only problem I have is selection three of the fishes I received did not grow up to be as purchased. All three are a completely different color and one has remained really small for some reason while all the others are huge in comparison. But all in all they're all healthy and doing really well. Almost matching the size of my other fish that's over a year old.

The fish were very healthy and lively when they arrive. However, the obly thing was not getting exactly the fish i wanted due to their shipment not coming in on time. They did however met me know and i was happy with the outcome.

Nice that i received my fish alive and some of the fish i ordered wasn't available but i received a replacement with no problem

They were very friendly and informative, Valerie was very kind and always returned my calls quickly. I purchased the 10 pack of 2 inch discus, my order arrived next day and was packaged well. All fish were alive and healthy, it has been three weeks and they are all doing well and eating with veracious appetites. Only reason for the four stars were that even though the packaged deal was labeled store choice, I asked if possible no white colored fish be included due to my white gravel, but they did send me two white fish but really not a big deal, I am very happy with my purchase and would but from them again

Great fish. The only reason I rated 4 star was my order was delayed an extra week due to fish availability.
