i am very satisfied with this company. every delivery i have gotten the fish have been healthy and look good upon delivery. the lady i talk to on the phone is always very professional and pleasant to talk to. Only thing i would like to see different is a live person answering the phone instead of going to voice mail and a return call

All fish arrived alive, was a little bit disappointed at small size of a few fish.

Shipped as expected. Well packed and ALL (i ordered over 20 different cichlids) arrived alive. Had an issue with 2 fish I ordered not being in stock, but they called and we worked it out with substitutes. Only reason I didn't give a 5 stars was because 3 or 4 of the 2" cichlids I ordered were not even close to 2 inches. Closer to 1 or 1.5". Would definitely order from and recommend The iFish Store.

The fish arrived live. But after about 5 days fish started to dead until all but the original fish were left. I have a 55 gal overflow tank with a wet/dry sump. The water temp 76 degrees, ph about 6.4, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are all 0 ppm. The remaining fish consist of 4 red rummy nose tetras and one neon tetra. No other fish. thanks for your reply. Hello Donald; You had two orders of Neon Tetra Packs from us last month and we’re surprised to hear about so many of them perishing. When you say only the original fish were left, do you mean from the first order of Neon Tetras or do you mean all the Neon Tetras from both orders perished with the only your other fish in the tank remaining? That would help us understand the situation a bit better. It’s unusual to have 25 or more fish perish like that and we were wondering what other type of fish you have in the tank? If you would care to explore this further with us so we can look into it further, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with more details on which fish perished from your two orders, tankmates, tank parameters and acclimation process. We thank you for taking the time to provide a review and look forward to hearing from you.

The 3 freshwater fish I received were very well packaged and arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the Glo-Fish, Moonrise Pink died after about a week's time. I noticed it swimming near the top of the tank and floating sideways. It didn't survive long after that. The other 2 Catfish are thriving and eating up a storm.
