Hello Richard; We're sorry to hear that half your fish perished. We hope that the refund we applied helped to rectify the situation. We'd be happy to help you on any future orders if you observe the fish developing poor health, appearance or behavior after you have acclimated them. Sometimes we can identify a root cause and assist in nursing them back to health. In any case, we thank you for your business and feedback.

Hello Scott; We are very sorry to hear that your Duboisi perished after a week. We wish that you would have considered contacting us immediately if you believed that this Cichlid did not look healthy upon receiving it. We are more than happy to work with our customers to determine the cause. We will advise on remedies on your end and if needed, we will consider a refund or credit on a future purchase from our end. We hope that your other African Cichlids are doing well and would certainly like to establish open communication with you should you decide to work with us again in the future.

Hi Terrie; We're happy that you liked the koi but sorry to hear that your pleco and catfish perished in shipment. In the future, please keep in mind that we have a Live Arrival Guarantee that is also printed on the Acclimation Guide that we include with your shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive a perished fish, we have a Live Arrival Guarantee and you can choose to receive a credit on a future order or a refund. In order to receive the credit or refund, we require: ● A clear picture within 2 hours of delivery of the perished fish. Please remove the fish from the bag and take a photo of the fish on a flat, white surface. Ideally, a paper towel or the cover of the delivery box can be used for this purpose. Email the photo to us at: [email protected]. (Note: The 2-hour window means you must send the information within 2 hours of receiving your fish. We will get back to you as soon as possible but it may not be within that 2-hour window. Nevertheless, we will honor our Live Arrival Guarantee.) ● You were home to receive your fish on the first delivery attempt. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Again. we are sorry about the perished fish and hope you will exercise the our Live Arrival Guarantee in the event that this should happen again in the future. We greatly appreciate your feedback and your business!
