My interaction with The iFISH Store was outstanding. iFISH responded within a day and usual within hours to my emails. I ordered 12 discus of 3 different types. The two types are doing well. All of the one type died within a day of arrival and iFISH quickly refunded me for these. I have no reservations about ordering from iFISH again.

I have never ordered koi online before so I was skeptical. I ran across the iFish Store's website and ordered 2 koi. The customer service was excellent as there was a short delay in getting me what I wanted but the communication was excellent. The fish arrived with instructions and after following them I was able to see that fish were not stressed from the trip. Due to the ample packaging I couldn't see them well until I was finally able to put them in my pond. Stunning is the only word I can think of -- I was sent 2 beautiful fish! If I had a larger pond I would be purchasing more. One more thing, I had a follow-up question and received a quick reply. The customers at this store are much more than a number.
