Due to hurricane, shipment had been delayed. But I was contacted the day before.

Fast shipping, received exactly what ordered. Packaging was great.

Even with the hurricane the shipping was quick. All fish arrived alive and in great shape! Will order again when I’m ready for more discus. I got 6 discus and 2 rainbows.

I bought 6 blue diamond discus. They arrived alive and healthy. They were also slightly bigger than advertised. Very happy with these fish and will be buying from the ifish store again.

The fish arrived very lively and without and fin or body damage. The 4 Oranda Goldfish we ordered were really small so they were all in one bag. That was the only thing I may have requested differently would be to maybe put 2 fish per bag max to help reduce on the toxicity in the bag at time of shipping. However, as I mentioned before, our fish were small enough and there was no physical damage to them and they all survived their first few nights in quarantine! Thank you!!!

The customer service is amazing. One of the fish I ordered (out of 6) died the day after arrival & they refunded me for it no problem. I sent them pictures of how the fish looked upon arrival & when it died. I don’t know if that was mandatory but I thought it was necessary. I also ordered 6 more fish, then the next day I ordered one more fish. I paid for shipping on both orders. They decided to ship them both together since they were ordered so closely together and refund me one shipping fee, which I thought was so generous & nice. They quickly respond to emails & are friendly. Once they ran out of one fish I ordered out of 7 & called me & asked what I’d like to replace it with. All of the fish I’ve ordered have been discus & you can’t beat the quality & price of them on this site. I recommend to everyone!
