The fish were delivered as promised and a refund was generated immediately for the single fish that expired My problem is that my tanks are professionally maintained and I still have lost 7 fish in the month since delivery. 3 died in the first two days.

Very fast delivery and easy to work with, the only reason that I gave only four stars is because out of the four Plecos that I ordered I thought that I would get at least one female, but they are all males.

As always, they did an excellent job of selecting, packing and shipping eight beautiful and healthy cichlids. We utilized their Easy to follow acclimation process and release them into our hospital/quarantine tank, intent upon transferring them after two weeks observation into our main 60 gallon Cichlid tank. However, very mysteriously and sadly, after 10 days of seeming very healthy and happy free-swimming in the tank, which had perfect water parameters, aeration, filtration, etc., suddenly overnight they all perished!!!! We have worked with Frank and Valerie for a couple of years now and they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and generous people who have always provided excellent service and beautiful specimens… With this unfortunate situation being no-fault of theirs, we will want to order from them again!

It's pretty good. I don't think the fish are real size they say they are.

We're quite sure that with optimal tank conditions and a healthy diet, the will grow quickly and show their distinctive colors and markings.
