This is my second order of Discus and let me just say that they know how to pack fish for shipping. We had a blizzard here in Minnesota and my shipment was delayed until the next day. They got here in 2 days instead of 1. They were very stressed, it took them a couple hours to come around, but 5 hours in the tank they are picking at food. A+ packing and customer service!

Good company all fish arrived live 24 hour shipping even from new York to Oregon during big storm in winter. Two out of 36 were not shipped but refund without asking . Even the heat packs were still warm ! I would buy from the ifish store again.
