Ordered 12 discus with two free, total 14, next day shipping. Arrived all live fish, but three of discus lie down tank, next day dead. But with 3out 14 shipping with live fish such very good. Also the customer service email, phone number is working good. When I report dead fish, they give me refund right alway. Unlike some web sale discus, even they are cheaper a little bit, but you never reach them email, phone. Also shipping you fish very unhealthy. But with theifishstore.com from the select fish to packing fish to arrived after service all good, I would recommend to my friends

My fishes came in nice and warm in the freezing cold snowy weather in Massachusetts nicely packaged with very clean water . I actually did a water test on the stores water and it came out perfect for my cichlids
