I recently made a purchased of 10 pairs of fancy guppies from iFISH. Although the fish arrived in excellent condition (very active, healthy, highly colorful and readily adapted to their new aquarium environment), I experienced a number of deaths of the fish within the first week of receipt. I emailed Frank at iFISH and he promptly sent me replacement fish for those that died. The replacement fish are thriving very well. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Frank and iFISH. I have no hesitation what-so-ever of purchasing fish from iFISH in the future.
