Fish arrived alive yay, only concern is fish acting really weird but it’s only been the first 24 hours so I’ll keep an close eye on them.

My fish got to me as promised and in great shape. Not a bad way to purchase fish.

frank was very helpfull, the bags leaked and the 4" discus had very little air in the bag and about 2.5 inches of water, the 3" had only a little more. went thru acclamation steps just cut some time off to get them in the tank sooner. 8 hours later both seem ok. 2nd issue is ups just knocked on the door and LEFT the box on the porch about 45 degrees here good thing I was tracking his route.

First off fish look great, there was a slight delay in the order being shipped as they did not have a fish available to their standards and they called me with a suggestion of another fish. It’s been a couple weeks and all my fish friends healthy and happy. Nice size fish a lot of times you can only find juveniles also the ability to get gender specific fish is great.

Package needs lot more labeling about fish inside. ..perhaps handle with care. This side up. Protect from cold. That type of info. ..delivery driver had no idea that the package contained live fish which makes me wonder if anyone else involved in the delivery know and I doubt it was handled with care along the way.

My discus fish arrived alive and well, they have been through a lot so it's taken them a long time to come out of hiding, but it's three days later and now their color is more vibrant and they are starting to explore. I'm very satisfied, the only thing is I wish there was a little more warning about when the fish we're going to arrive. I was scrambling to get home in time for the UPS guy to show up.

one discuss die when it arrived and after the next day one pearl gold fish die. can please give a credit on this.. but everyone looks good I hope it will last n be healthy. thank you, emma
