Frank was so efficient and willing to work with the short time frame I had that I needed our Bettas by. We got married on a Saturday and I called the Wednesday before in a pinch needing 40 Bettas for our wedding reception. He was willing to work with that time frame and overnighted the fish to us after we had a dilemma with another company. I would definitely purchase fish through them again!
