Would rate five stars if not for lack of communication regarding availability. I waited for my order not knowing what I ordered was out of stock. Was not indicated on web site. However once I emailed to check on my order, I got a response immediately explaining they were out of stock and were due in a couple of days and would be shipped out right away. I received my order a few days later as promised. Fish were as described. I followed the included acclimation process witch was very helpful and they seem to be adjusting fine. Nice addition to my tank. I would definitely purchase from the I Fish store again!

The product and value are great. We did alot of research and they had the best selection and price around. My only complaint was communication. Ordered on a weekend and didn't hear anything until I reached out. Was told two fish were out of stock. It would have been nice to know a little sooner. In fairness they were probably hoping they would get the fish in. The next week they saw they wouldn't have them and offered replacements and shipped quickly. We did have one fish die from an earlier order (repeat customer) and they were helpful and replaced it as advertised. We will (and did) order from them again.

Website was easy to manage and buying process was easy. Shipping information was made very clear. Fish arrived when they were supposed to and after 5 days look healthy. If they are still healthy a month from now I would give a 5 star review.

Shipping took a week and a half but fish were fine when they arrived somehow!

so far koi fish received healthy and satisfied.

My discus arrived on time. One was a snake skin which the colors are great. The other was supposed to be a super red turquoise but looks like a different species. Maybe it's just to young to tell.

The fish were exactly what we wanted. They were just beautiful and there doing wonderful.

Great price, but I wish the fishes look more like advertised.
