I got my fish in timely manner I was very pleased how they were shipped my arowana is doing really good I think he's grown an inch or two already unfortunately five of my cichlids died I took sample to the pet store and they said my water is fine I am going to let the fish settle in and I will order more I would like to get a clown knife thank you

Ship fish out sooner

Hello Caliel; We're sorry you believe we need to ship our fish sooner. Just to clarify, you ordered your fish at 10:30PM on Friday, June 7th. As is stated in our Quarantine and Shipping Procedures on our website, we place your fish in Quarantine for a minimum of 24-48 hours and then they are packed and shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Your fish were pulled from Quarantine on Tuesday, June 11th and you received them at 10:15AM on Wednesday, June 12th. Given the timing here, we were genuinely following our procedures to ensure that you receive healthy fish that were properly prepped for shipment. We really prefer to not rush through an order without meeting our quality standards. We certainly hope you are pleased with your fish and hope you understand the reason behind our procedures. At the end of the day, we are simply trying to ensure the safety and health of the fish we are shipping.

Good Experience and Love My Fish
I ordered 5 fish (got a sixth free). My free fish has a slight deformation (doesn't bother me but may bother others). All fish have amazing coloring. I got two blue fish and they are actually blue and not silver! One fish has eyes that may be a bit too big (ie it may be slightly stunted). Frank was easy to work with. I emailed him a few questions before buying to ensure that I felt my set up would be successful. I also emailed him to ask about moving the delivery date, which also was easy. Fish arrived looking slightly less colorful but otherwise fine, and after following the acclimation instructions and a few hours of dark time they were bright and colorful. It took them a week to eat well, during which time I went out a bought several new foods for them to try. Again I emailed Frank and he got right back to me giving me some food and temp recommendations. Now four of my fish eat like little pigs, one still picks around, and one is in QT being treated bc he doesn't eat much and is too thin (the free one). So my recommendation is, if like me, you are looking to get into discus without dropping $500 on new fish, and you don't mind slight imperfections as long as the fish are beautiful and mostly healthy, I would definitely recommend iFish Store.

My fish arrived right on time
My fish arrived right on time, but unfortunately one fish did not survive the journey. I emailed pictures requesting a refund for that fish. I eventually received the refund but it took a few weeks for a response. All of my other fish are very healthy, and get more colorful every day. I would have given 5 out of 5 stars if the email responses were quicker.

Nice goldfish
Nice fish. Communication could have been better about the fish being out of stock. Other than that, easy to talk to, answered my questions on when the fish would ship after I contacted them.

We always send out an email to the email address you provided with the order that provides the shipping date and Tracking Number so you will know precisely when your fish will arrive. You also should have received an order confirmation email when you placed the order. Did you not receive either email or just not the shipping notification?
