Ordered 56 fish, they were sent on a timely basis and was notified when they were shipped and when they would arrive. They were packed well and arrived alive and healthy. As of now 1 week later, all are doing very well.

I had two orders with Frank of 6 Discus each. The first order came and one was not doing well after shipment and did not make it past acclimation. A quick photo and Frank instantly honored his guarantee. The second shipment was delivered with no issues. Delivered are packed well with multiple bags per fish and heat packs. Fish are separated and watched before shipment and come healthy and looking good. Once they start eating and color comes back they look even better. Would order again.
