I recently purchased two discus. Deliver them one day late not their fault sad weather in the center of the country. It was a weather delay. Since you're right did not seem to be doing well sell then two weeks both of you fine. I had called them the same day left a message just over the weekend I just want to lay a hundred bucks. The switches are they called me back Sushi House this way they had started to improve I was thankful they check back with me. I will purchase from them again.

The fish came super quickly and are all doing great! My only issue was I never got an email letting me know when they were shipping. I got a confirmation email but not a shipment email like specified in the companies outline. I was lucky I had the day off on the day they arrived to my house. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future!

Hello Shane; We're glad you're happy with your Koi. On the shipping notification issue, our system automatically sends out an Order Confirmation email when an order is placed and a Shipping Notification email with UPS Tracking Information when an order is shipped. Our system shows that a Shipping email notification was sent out at 11:41AM EST on July 24th and you received the order on July 25th at 12:43PM EST. Not sure why you were able to receive the Order Confirmation email but not the Shipment Confirmation email. Did that email perhaps make it into your SPAM folder? If you have any other input on it coming up else where in your email system, please let us know. We are sorry you were not aware of the shipment details and glad everything worked out for you. Thank you for your feedback and business!

Beautiful fish, arrived in great condition (very well packed). Would have given 5 stars, except I wasn’t told fhat fish were out of stock, so I was left wondering what happened to my order. But once I contacted the store, I got a speedy response.

Hi Eileen; Our apologies on the delay in fulfilling your order. On occasion we do run short on certain fish as we are fulfilling orders and have to wait for the next shipment. Thanks for your patience and were glad you're pleased with your Shubunkins!

My second purchase from The iFISH Store. I ordered a 6-pack variety of 2" Discus and two 4" Gold Pigeon Bloods. My order was delayed one week, as Seller was sold-out of the GPB. It was worth the wait, though, as my order did contain a nice sample of the Discus I like. Also received 2 Peacock eels that were awesome! The fish were all in good condition and acclimated in due time successfully. My only suggestion is for Seller to keep vigilant on the bagging and rubber banding of the bags. My first box order was drip free, this second order was not wrapped as carefully, and maybe 3/4 cup of water had come out of the 10 bags in total. Not terrible, not great. I would definitely be buying from again in the future, and recommend you give them a try.

Hello Keith; Thank you for your great feedback. We appreciate you giving us a heads up about the bagging and we will be taking a closer look at our procedure. We're glad you're pleased with your fish and eel! Thank you for your business!

Response from The iFISH StoreJul 15, 2019
Hello Lutz; Thank you for your feedback. We always send out an email to the email address you provided with the order that provides the shipping date and Tracking Number so you will know precisely when your fish will arrive. You also should have received an order confirmation email when you placed the order. Did you not receive either email or just not the shipping notification? You may want to take a look at your SPAM folder. If you don't see it in there, please let us know so we can look into this further and ensure all of our communications are getting through to you. Thank you!
