Great online store
Found out about IFish Store from an online fish forum. Took a chance and ordered my discus. All of them are doing great! They came with great instructions on how to acclimate my fish. I can’t wait to order again!

Price are reasonable, fish are healthy and packaged with care, overnight shipping, and comes with instructions to transfer the fish into tank. I recommend and would definitely purchase from this vendor again.

Fish arrived in poor condition
Upon response from store, I can't help but wonder if A) my tank temp was lower than what the fish were used to, and B) the postal carrier mishandled a few things, as per my initial suspicion. The store did everything they were supposed to; any fault was at my end. Will buy from again.

Hello Adam; Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this was your experience. We’d like to respond to a few things on our end. Although Discus can certainly get ich we do not see it very often at all because because we keep the temperature so high in our Discus aquariums. If they have been stressed from shipping and being placed in very different tank conditions it is possible ich may develop. We’re confident they showed no signs of ich prior to shipment. The stress from shipping also can be the cause of the more rapid breathing. When stressed they will breath harder. We don’t believe it was from a lack of oxygen because we put enough oxygen in the shipping bags for at least two days and shipped them overnight. We are glad that you believe they are going to pull through and at the same time stand by the condition of the fish we packed for you and packing procedure we employ. Fish arrived all alive and exactly when…
Fish arrived all alive and exactly when they were predicted to arrive. They are very colorful and lively! They were hungry and ate within 3-4 hours. Very good experience! Thank you!
