I’ve ordered Fish two separate times from them they always came healthy on time everything they say on their site is true and if I ever get bigger tanks I will be ordering more I pay the extra for the shipping because I know I’m getting healthy fish I bought them from Petsmart and stuff before and they were sick and they killed my tank but now I have happy happy fish that makes me happy happy fish daddy.

Excellent service and delivery! Fish are healthy and striving! I will buy from them again. They delivery was the only concern and I know the iFish store didn’t deliver it. The problem was that the UPS person left the box clearly labeled “live animal” on the porch without ringing the doorbell. Thank God for Ring Doorbell. I called my wife to go to the door to bring the fish inside. Otherwise they might have died from being outside.

Very nice to work with. Knowledgeable and willing to help out. I will ordering again from them.

Just received my Discus and they arrived on time and all are thriving, I want to thank Frank for his great customer service. For some reason I didn't get the 10% discount on one of my orders but iFish made sure I got it. Thanks to all at The iFish Store. I will be purchasing all my live fish from The ifish store from now on.

I live in Utah and saw that my two Discus I ordered were coming from New York as we were having bad storm weather with very low temperatures. When they arrived at my house and as I opened up the package I was expecting to see fish ice cubes in the box. Too my surprise there were two live and healthy fish. I’m highly impressed in the prices, and fish. I will be ordering again in the future.

Ordered fish more than once. From the random discus fish to the cichlids always gotten great colors. No need to look anywhere else if they have the fish your looking for
