packing very good exceptional packing
packing very good. Confusion with the robo type email acceptance of my gift- I did it and then got another one a few days later saying original order would be cancelled and new one ordered(?) but I got a personal email that said everything ok.Shipping label had my first name 4 times and no last name-but they got here great-and I am happy-a few are shy and wont eat like the others-not sure why. Would order again.

Hello Dennis; Our apologies for the duplicate robo-replies and shipping label redundancy. Automation can be a blessing and a curse when you are dealing with this level of production line. As for your shy fish, no need to worry. Discus have a tendency to be shy and will warm up after they feel safe. Something that may help their shyness is adding some schooling fish like neon tetra. It helps draw them out and feel more safe and secure. Thank you for your feedback and your business!

Fish arrived great in good Heath they…
Fish arrived great in good Heath they were a the exact size as ordered. the only issue I had was it took about a week to receive the fish I ordered. I will definitely order again

Hello Greg; We're happy you are pleased with your Discus and Arowana! With respect to the delivery timeframe, we typically perform a Quarantine prior to packaging and then ship on the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, whichever comes first, by UPS Next Day Air. We have a Master Schedule for Quarantine/Shipment and that determines when your fish enter Quarantine. You ordered on a Sunday and we were unable to place your fish into Quarantine on Monday for shipment on Wednesday. So they were placed in Quarantine on Friday and they were scheduled for shipment on Monday. We apologize for the delay and were focused on ensuring you would receive healthy fish. Nice fish
I received beautiful fish and they were packaged well for delivery. I ordered 6 discus and although they are supposed to be different colors two look like the same fish but other than that I'm happy with the order.

Hello Tricia; We're glad you are pleased with your Discus and that it acclimated well. With respect to communication, we're wondering if you received our automated Order Confirmation and Shipment Notification (with Tracking Information) emails. We took a look at your email address and noticed the .msn extension. We have found that some email service providers outside of the standard yahoo and google extensions either flag our email as SPAM or decline it all together. We looked into this and found that the only way around it is to have the customer notify their provider and provide permission for The iFISH Store's emails to come through and/or not be flagged as SPAM. If the lapse in communication was not due to email but us not returning a call, we'd like to know that as well. We use all of our customer feedback to improve our service. 5 of the 6 fish were good the other one…
5 of the 6 fish were good the other one was laying on his side, but it took several days to come around. I still am not sure if it will make it.

Hello Gramps; For some fish, it takes a bit for them to come around after shipping. It's important to keep the lights off for the first day or two if you have one that's lagging. One of the discus was extremely smaller…
One of the discus was extremely smaller than the other one. It took 2 weeks to get the right cichlids shipped to me however they did send me a free discus so I suppose that equals out. My major complaint was the less than 2 inch by far blue discus.i also ordered some cichlids and they were great. Shipment was well bagged and fish were well when arrived. Give them great review there.

Hello Vernon; We're very sorry about the delay in getting the correct Cichlids to you and hope the free Discus is working well for you. The Blue Diamond Discus you ordered was a juvenile. For all of our juvenile Discus, they typically run between 1.5-2 inches and we list them as ~2 inches on our website. They always fall in that range when we receive them from our suppliers and some may be more toward 2 inches than others. However, we understand you thought it would be larger. They do grow quite quickly and we hope you will be happy with the full color and size as it grows. We thank you for your patience, your business and your feedback.
