Safe touchdown from NY to New Orlean!
All five of my fish made it safely, and they are beautiful. My only complaint is my jaguar cichlid was supposed to be two inches, but it was only one inch.

Even though the fish were much smaller…
Even though the fish were much smaller than we had expected, the responsiveness of the company was quick. We will definitely consider buying again based on how you recuperated from our concerns.

All came in live
All came in live, unfortunately the big one died. the other smaller two is alive and swimming and eating. The instructions are all good, the way the live fishes are packed properly. And compared to other sellers your price is okay.

Cichlids
I bought 10 cichlids and got 2 free deal Received them the following week as scheduled The packaging was A+++ All fish were healthy and are going great

Fast shipping
Fish arrived at my house fast shipping 5 out of 6 ordered survived. The fish over all looked pretty healthy, however need better bags, some of the bags were leaking but over all, good experience I will order again from the fish store.

Delivery went well, but...
Delivery went well, as I was home. A cold day out there. Packaged well. Fish nice, but smaller than expected. Around 2 inches really meant 1 inch or less. A real small one was a loss in a week. I am not new to tanks and maintaining them. I guess I would say I was just taken back of the smaller size of them.
