I have ordered from this store several times, and everytime it has been a great experience always heat packs or cold packs in the box, fish always arrive alive and in good condition. I had ordered right before pandemic of Covid-19 locked everything down, they kept in contact with me through out the process and that was greatly appreciated, once everything was being processed I got text message every time there was a delivery update.

Bought pack neons (25 fishes) only 3 died-smallest one. 2 pair guppies(2males n 2 females) all okay and one female already gave birth of little ones. Yes I will order from them again.

GREAT LOOKING FISH. Made good on a UPS delayed shipment, that caused the original discus to die. VERY PLEASED WITH ALL COMMUNICATIONS AND DEALINGS WITH FRANK!
