The fish arrived great, and I love them. My only concern is I did not get a notification that they had actually shipped, so was surprised when UPS showed up and glad I was home! Contacting iFish was great and if I need more fish for my aquarium, I will contact iFish again!

2 of the 3 discus I ordered are doing great. One didnt make it during shipping.. Emailed a picture of the perished fish but never heard back.

At times, depending on which of our email platforms we use, our communications sometimes end up in SPAM folders. I received my order one week a go and they are all doing fine. I bought the 10 pack of discus I’m pretty happy with their choice. The only thing that could have made my experience better, would be a packing slip telling me which strains of discus they sent me. I will definitely purchase fish from the iFISH Store.

We ordered discus fish. They arrived on the day we were advised they would arrive. The fish were all in very good shape or health and they look great. The only issue we had is that 3 of the 6 ordered fish were closer to 1” rather than 2” as advertised and expected. But, that wasn’t a big enough of an issue for us to want to return them. Over all, the experience was good. The most important part is that we have healthy fish and they did well in transport.

On the size of our juvenile Discus, they typically run between 1.5 - 2 inches and are listed as ~2 inches on our site. The only problem I had was the fish came a day late based on the original tracking alert. I was worried since it was cold out but the heater was still working and the fish are fine.
