Frank was great answered my emails promptly. Took a little longer than what I expected but the cichlids came according to the time frame they laid out on the website. I wish it was faster but I get it. Once the fishes did ship it was next day. When we got the fish two of them didn’t survive but that was more the packaging not cause they were ill or anything. Two of the bags leaked out. For the rest of the fishes they looked great and are doing good. Extremely colorful and Frank was prompt on the refund after I sent the pictures in like the website instructed. Overall great experience I’ve already recommended them to my dad who has a mature cichlid tank. Good first time experience.

Customer service was awesome, as in my worry as a 1st time customer I contacted them a few times. They were great and reassuring! I’m happy with the price the discus I bought, they all arrived alive and are all doing well.

Some fish were dead on arrival due to late delivery. I called and they quickly resolved the issue. The remaining fish are healthy. Would recommend and buy again.
