We ordered 7 baby discus and 3 “medium” clown loaches. Discus were beautiful and healthy. The loaches were very small for their price and size description (under 2” supposed to be ~3”) but heathy. Great shipping and prices.

Hello Terry; Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that 2 of your Gouramis perished so soon after acclimation. We'd like to offer you a credit on a future order or a refund for them. We will be sending you an email with this offer and you need only reply to that email to let us know which you'd prefer. We hope you are pleased with the rest of the fish you received and that they are doing well. Thank you again for your feedback and for your business.

this being my second time ordering discus from them and for the most part there pretty decent. I just wish they grow them out a little bit more I understand that when you measure discus or any fish for that matter its from to tip of the lip to the end of the tail there just a wee bit short on the 2in measurement with some of the discus ,however tases little gems are very robust and active the others I brought are growing out well my second order came during a snow storm fish didn't make but Frank assured me after the holiday he send other and they did very healthy 4 in red rose I alway wait a few week before giving a review when it come to discus but I'm satisfied with my purchase .

Great fish this is my second order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because first order was here in about 3 days and my second order took over a week.
Response from The iFISH StoreJan 22, 2020
Hello Cheryll; Thanks for your feedback. The shipping timeframe depends on the day of the week you place the order, the 24-48 hour quarantine and the days that we ship. Your first order was placed on Wednesday, October 30th and we already had the type of Cichlids you ordered at the tail end of a quarantine so we were able to ship them out via UPS Next Day Air on Thursday, October 31st. We typically do not ship on Thursdays but when we are able to we do. Your second order was placed on Tuesday, January 7th and we did not have all of your Cichlids ready to be removed from a full quarantine cycle to be shipped on Wednesday or Thursday of that week. We were able to pull the full order from a full quarantine cycle on Tuesday, January 14th and they were shipped via UPS Next Day Air. We're sorry for the delay on the second order which was caused by all the factors mentioned above. We hope you are happy with the Cichlids in both your orders and continue as a recurring customer. We appreciate both your feedback and your business..

the fish arrived alive and well. they didnt look like the ones i picked out,but i assume they will change once they grow a bit more. my current peacock ciclids have already killed 2 of the 7 i purchased =(

Hello Vanessa; You are correct in your statement about the appearance of the cichlids. You received juveniles and their distinctive colors will form over the next several weeks once they mature and are fed a healthy diet. We're sorry to hear that there was discord between your current and new peacocks. They can be quite aggressive and territorial. Not sure what the size of your current peacocks are but that may have played a role if they were larger. Other factors in aggression are availability of food, adequate horizontal space and cover. Hope all things considered, your current community is doing well.

Hello Stephen; We're sorry to hear your Discus perished within a week and we understand how you feel. We, of course, would like the opportunity to look into this further and understand why it happened. We'd like to further communicate with you on things such as the appearance and behavior of the fish, acclimation process, tank conditions, tankmates, diet and more so we can identify the root cause. Then we can determine where to go from there. We will be sending you an email outlining the same and asking for you to open communication with us so we can look further into this situation. At the end of the day, we want all of our customers to be happy with their experience with us and hope you take us up on this offer. Thank you!
