Order took a bit longer than expected and there were two fish not sent. I am assuming they were not in stock or not healthy and im okay with that. Fish all arrived happy and healthy. Thank you!

On an overall view, great experience! When the fish finally shipped, they were delivered the next day, mid-morning. They appeared healthy and well packed/insulated for the cold Chicago February weather. They have been swimming around in my tank for a week now and are doing very well. The Discus are close in size to what I ordered and I can tell they'll have great coloring when they grow. The only thing I would say is that communication in regards to the status of my fish shipping was a little lacking. I had to reach out several days after my fish order was placed to inquire why they hadn't shipped yet. The corona virus was making it difficult to stock fish, delaying orders. It would have been nice to have had that communication. Other than that, I would totally buy from the ifish store again! Healthy, good quality stock Discus. Worth it!

I have received four beautiful fish on Friday. I love them， they started to eat food (dried flakes）yesterday (Saturday). Two of them seem a little smaller than what I ordered, less than 4 inch.

Fish arrived healthy and stress free and have lost no fish. Started eating within 24 hours and acclimated to the tank and tank mates within a week.

customer service is always great and the fish show up in great condition and are ready to eat in a short time. ordering the assorted discus 10 pack is always a Gamble. I did not expect to have all blue turquoise and red turquoise ended the assortment. with the number of budget-priced discus in inventory I would have expected maybe two of each strand. but the fish that were received were nice and if good quality.

I ordered 13 fish, variety 10 2inch discus, 1 4 inch discus, 2 pearlscale goldfish. its $40 to ship. no pearlscale was shipped , messaged and they said their supply was depleted no good quality. i had to message they didnt message me 1st about that. 1 of the 10 discus arrived perished, they reimbursed. and my 4 inch discus had one gill that opened 2x as wide I thought it has gill fukes treated whole tank. I thk it just has a torn gill and open wider. I would still order from them again

Ordered 6, 1.5 - 2 inch fish and all fish are good 3 wks later Will update review when they grow out more.

Hello Kim; Thank you for your feedback. You ordered our juvenile Discus which are typically 1.5 - 2 inches and are listed as ~2 inches. We don’t list a 2.5 inch option. As juveniles, Discus will not show their vibrant and distinctive colors until they reach adulthood. Looking at the type of Discus you ordered, it’s very easy to see juveniles from these varieties that may look alike because of their more muted colors at this stage of their life. We’re quite sure we sent you the quantity of each type of Discus you ordered. If you would like, we can help verify that if you would send us a photo of the Discus.
