My fish arrived healthy, beautiful with very clear directions for introducing them to their new environment. I had done this before and already knew how to but it was reassuring that the directions were in accordance with what I’d been taught. I have had my fish now for almost a week and they are thriving in their new home!

Excellent service and fish look great. Had them on my doorstep the next morning at 10:30 after they were shipped the night before. Took a day or so but they are loving there new tank. Thank you

Due to COVID 19 I understand the delay in shipping out my discus. On the other hand they have been in their tank for about 7 days and have been doing very well. I followed the instructions to the tee and acclimated my fish as per their care sheet. I Am very satisfied And hope to soon place another order for more discus.

I bought six discus and they arrive well packaged, but one of the fish was laying on its side in the sack. After acclimating them I released them in my tank. The one fish was at the bottom leaning against the tank while the others were swimming around. I called The iFish Store after hours asking if I should add something to the water to help the one fish. They got back to me the next day and in this case said not to add anything to the water. I am happy to say that they were right and a few days later his color got better and it started eating and swimming with the others. Very happy with the purchase and their helpful advise.

I bought 18 african cichlids, ~2 inches in sizes. They all looked awesome and in very healthy condition. I would highly recommend this store and will probably buy more fishes from them in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered 21 discus from Franks ifish store in December and wasn't able to take them at the time I paid. Frank told me he would hold them until further notice. The total was around 350 with shipping. I wasn't able to home the fish for 7 months and finally 1 week ago(June 22) asked Frank to send the fish. He was quick to respond and had them shipped immediately. I got them in perfect condition! In a world filled with scam artists its nice to finally find a business that you can trust. Thanks Frank!

At first I was scared about getting fish in the mail. It was a great process and I have beautiful discus swimming around my tank.

Packing was excellent. The most important of all the fish are very healthy. Before purchasing from the Ifish store I researched a number of sites along with visiting Lfs. This is my second purchase in a short amount of time. Sale prices are unmatched. Again most importantly all fish very healthy looking. Very satisfied with my new additions. Thanks!!
