I ordered 24 African cichlids and one pleco from this store. Now I have ordered fish online before but not from this store. First off before the fish were shipped they called to confirm my address was correct, which I thought was really awesome of them. The fish were also delivered to my house 6 days after my order which is amazing because they estimated 7-10 days. All the fish are doing amazing and are super colorful especially for their size!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I received the wrong order at first, but contacted the staff and they sent my right order 2 days later. Everyone makes mistakes but I appreciated the customer service. I can trust this company.

My fish came big nd looking great. all alive and doing good a week later. Only thing I got all boys and cichlids fight if to many males.

Ups had breakdown or something, they were slated to be at my house 10:30 to 11:00 am didn't show till 3:30 . The fish were fine and looked good .

I am a retied Navy Veteran 30 plus years, and you have fully exceeded my expectations, beyond customer service, execution and product (fish). As I was like buy fish online sure your right :) hehehe. Once I started seeing pet stores receive boxes of fish and replenish their tanks, I was like why can I not do this? So I came to the fish store among this unprecedented time in our country (COVID) and ordered Discus fish (8). I received email from them on the 22 June 20 (12:52 PM), saying your order was on its way, by the next morning by 10;30 they arrived. They arrived triple bag for protection as well as with acclimation procedures. I followed the acclimation instructions and placed them in my tank. By that night they seemed to still be a little skittish, understandable they just travelled in a dark box the night before they had Jet lag :) understandable and expectected, however the begun eating. The next morning still a little skittish, traveling in groups (school), from onside to the other and still eating. By day 2 - they were exploring the rest of the tank and swimming in their forever home. Day 3 their colors started coming to full form, Bright yellow Golden, Marlboro Red, the Snake skins and the Blue Diamonds, they are simply beautiful and memorizing. I can not believe these are fresh water fish. They are the exotic colorful fish I have ever seen being fresh water. Thank you IFISH Store for your customer service, taking pride in your packaging and taking pride in your products (fish). You are truly making America Grateful again. Fish arrived when promised. They were all alive and healthy. Followed instructions to acclimatize them to their new home. They all seem very happy.
