Took about 10 days to ship but that is understandable considering what is going on in New York, I sent them a message through Facebook and they replied the next day saying they would ship it Monday, I received fish today on Tuesday and he was packages very well and didn't even seem stressed, no leaks and the heat pack was still warm, his find are a little tattered but other than that he seems happy and healthy, 4 stars because of shipping time and tattered find, everything else was perfect

I was very happy with this gift from my children. They all came alive and healthy, however when we got them she asked if the bigger catfish would eat the babies and she was assure they would be fine. NOPE, they ate them and only 2 out of 8 survived until i took them out. We have no prior knowledge of catfish since we inherited this aquarium and fish. The catfish I currently have range between 3”-7”

Fish arrived in good condition. I love the way each fish is in its own bag, with instructions on how to acclimate them.

Very good job with the packaging since I found others to really brutalize the fish and putting them and extremely small envelopes and somehow they consider that ok. Also the quarantine process is unusual but found that I did not need to quarantine as recommended by others. Now after a few weeks the growth is quite good in some and not so much in others. I found this to be typical in discus. They all started out the same size with an orange color so I'm hoping that the true red & white color will develop eventually.

Little pricey on some items and shipping but mostly pretty happy with your business you have alot of stuff that hard to find and arrives fast and undamaged
