Love the fish but..
Love the fish. Seem happy and healthy. But I believe I did ask for a male and a female yellow tail Acei. Both fish have a clear egg spot on the anal fin. For future purchases, can I have the option of what sex the fish is?
Response from The iFISH StoreJun 18, 2020
Hi Chris; When we checked on Order 10779 in our system, there were no Notes entered on your end specifying the gender of the Yellow Tail Aceis that you wanted. That's not to say that perhaps you called and requested them and it slipped through our system. So for future purchases, you can use the Comments box we have provided on the Cart page to specify which gender of African Cichlid you would like. Using this feature ensures your request is permanently attached to your order. We receive these requests often and would be happy to do it for you. Thanks for your feedback and your business!

All fishes came as ordered and healthy
All fishes came as ordered and healthy. It took a week to receive my fishes due to the COVID 19. There were some fishes not available even though they were listed on sale prices. Great price!

Very pleased with the fish I received
Very pleased with the fish I received, but had some trouble with the speed of customer service response. But I understand this is some trying times for everyone right now ,so I not going to hold that against them.

Koi’s came with lice but everything…
Koi’s came with lice but everything else was good
Response from The iFISH StoreJun 16, 2020
Hi Ernesto; Thank you for your feedback. Lice can show up on occasion with Koi and as much as we try to weed out those batches some may slip through. We hope you were able to extricate them and are happy with the customer service and koi otherwise,

Fish are great but didn't get noticed…
Fish are great but didn't get noticed when fish were shipped
Response from The iFISH StoreJun 16, 2020
Hi Todd, Glad you are happy with your fish! Our system automatically sends a shipping confirmation email whenever a package is shipped. In checking your order, your shipping email was sent on June 2nd to the email you provided when you placed your order. We do know that there are times our notification emails have been sent to SPAM folders. The question would be whether you received our order confirmation email when you first placed the order to verify that our emails are making it through any firewalls you may have setup. Just a heads up on the fact that we do send a shipping confirmation email the day your order ships and that you may want to check your SPAM folder. We'd like to thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and for your business!

Fish Arrived alive and healthy
Fish Arrived alive and healthy, didn't seem stressed at all, was packaged very well absolutely no leaks in the box, I'm only giving 4 stars because they took 10 days to ship him out and his fins were pretty tattered, the only way you can get ahold of them is through Facebook

I ordered 12 fish, 11 survived
I ordered 12 fish. They were received alive and packaged carefully as indicated on the website. Shipping information was provided in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of my fish died later the same day after being placed in my pond. I tested the water before introducing them to the pond, and did my best to acclimate them properly. I inspected the fish, and observed no evidence of injury or illness, so I can only suspect that it experienced shock from transport. The other 11 are happy and healthy (when I see them, they hide in the pond plants most of the time!).
