Hello Jennifer, We are sorry your overall experience was not good. We always stand by our live arrival guarantee and immediately offer a credit on a future purchase or a refund. In your case, your Clown Pleco unfortunately perished and you chose a refund which we were more than happy to process. With respect to the situation with the Blue Crayfish you ordered from us and the White Betta you already had, our published Freshwater Fish Compatibility Chart indicates in yellow that these two species “Can usually coexist”. We have many customers that successfully have crayfish and Bettas in the same tank. If you look up the compatibility of these two species online, you will see other testaments that they can be successful tankmates. That being said, we chose to rate this combination in yellow because there are situations where an overzealous crayfish may take a shot at a slower moving Betta’s fins. We’re very sorry that you found this to be the situation in your tank. Like people with different personalities or habits, sometimes a combination can be iffy. We hope the refund at least partially rectified your less than happy experience with us. Hello Vienthong; Frank has already spoken with you by phone to get more detail and we understand that it is specifically the two 4" Snakeskin Discus that developed ich. This is perplexing because we had these 4" Discus for over a month in our facility without any signs of ich. But on occasion, ich can quietly reside in a fish showing absolutely no external signs for weeks and then be triggered by stress. Regardless, we'd like to take care of the situation and offer you a credit on a future order or a refund. We will be sending you an email that you need only reply to and let us know which you'd prefer. We try our best to monitor all of our stock through both visual inspection and tank treatment with the goal of having every customer pleased with their order. We're sorry this happened and hope you'll consider our offer.

Hello Reba; You had placed an order for Fancy Goldfish and unfortunately, due to the seasonal nature of the breeding cycle of Fancy Goldfish, lately we have been experiencing inconsistency in the availability of these fish from breeders. We have worked at trying to keep a strong running inventory but in the past week or so, we have experienced difficulty in consistently receiving the quantity and quality of Fancy Goldfish that we were expecting. Nevertheless, we continued to take some orders because we felt confident that we would receive at least the minimum quantity and quality we needed. We have recently updated our website to reflect that we are temporarily out-of-stock and provided an explanation. We will post availability on our site and make an announcement on social media and via our newsletter when they are more readily available and of the quality we require. With respect to your order, Frank had called you to alert you and left a Voicemail. Nevertheless, we will be able to ship your order tomorrow and you will receive it on Friday. I'd like to clarify also that we certainly aren't the vendor that caused you to wait one year for your order. We hope you are pleased with the Goldfish you will be receiving. Hello Casey, Just to understand your dissatisfaction better we'd like to get some clarification. Your order included two ~2" Blue Diamond Discus, two ~2" Snakeskin Discus, one ~2" Red Melon Discus and one free ~2" Marlboro Red Discus. Just to address the size issue first, all of our juvenile Discus are listed as ~2 inches meaning they range in size between 1.5 - 2 inches. Some may be slightly smaller than others. Also, as a side note, juvenile Discus of any variety will not show their full coloration until they reach adulthood at ~ 6 mos and will appear paler in color. With respect to your observation that the Red Marlboro Discus appear to be Red Turquoise Discus, we'd really like to ask if you'd be willing to send a photo so we can assess the situation. Red Turquoise Discus have a very distinct striation and pattern on their bodies that is very clear even when they are juveniles. The same is not true for Red Marlboro Discus which have a more solid red coloration. It would seem very clear if the juveniles you received were Red Turquoise vs Red Marlboro. If we mistakenly sent Red Turquoise we'd like to take a very close look at how that could have possibly happened on our end, correct it and rectify the situation with you. So we would like to ask if you'd be willing to send photos of the Discus you believe are Red Turquoise. We'd be very happy to work with you on this. You can send the photos to us at [email protected]. We'll also send you an email so you can just easily reply to that. Hello Binh...thank you for your feedback. We’ve been trying to work with you to deliver exactly what you want for your aquarium. However, once you placed your order you continued to change your mind eventually canceling your order and still wanting a free fish from our special promotion. We were more than happy to work with you and issue you a refund without you feeling you needed to issue a claim with PayPal. We’re very flexible and make every attempt to rectify the situation when a customer is not pleased. We will certainly issue you a refund so you are whole and do wish you’d reconsider the service and accommodating stance we extended to you.

Hello John; We're sorry this was your experience. From the pre-shipment procedures and our quality control system on our end, we can say with confidence that all the fish were healthy when shipped. Our managers and staff check all of our tanks and fish from an incoming, inventory and quarantine perspective on a very routine basis and have not found ick to be present. Our Operations Manager also researched all outgoing orders the same day as your order was shipped and again no major issues. We hope this assures you of how confident we are in providing fish with no health problems. We stick to very stringent procedures so as not to present any health issues on shipment, arrival and most certainly not once in our customer's aquariums. We strive to make every customer's experience a good one and are sorry this was your experience. We are very appreciative of your business and feedback and although this is your current assessment, would really hope you would consider working with us again.
