four fish died within two days
four fish died within two days, figured it wasn't your fault. everything was great. I was really pleased with the matching guppies, very attractive. People don't bother what guppies they send you.

I ordered 4 fish the 3 cichlids were…
I ordered 4 fish the 3 cichlids were fine and healthy the Oscar cichlid was dead !

All fish arrived alive
All fish arrived alive. Followed instructions thatbis sent with the fish. All did well but one. When put in the tank it acted weak and layed on its side. Took it out and put it in a small tank by itself for a few minutes and the fish recovered. The fish returned to the big tank about 5 minutes later. All fish are doing great. Why only a 4 star? That same fish that acted off lookes to have been smashed, or has deformities. The jaws are misaligned, and the side of its head looks off. Other then that, ill but again from IFISH store.

The fish were alive and had no problem…
The fish were alive and had no problem acclimating. I also got help with how to take care of them over the email.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! How long should we wait for the fish to begin feeding? One of the blue fish refuses to eat anything.

Hello Cynthia; Thank you for your feedback. Your Discus May appear a bit shy and slow to begin eating as a result of the stress from shipping and placement in a new environment. We feed our Discus Frozen Blood Worms and you may want to give that a try to get them feeding. If you have any continuing issues, please feel free to contact us.

After waiting 3 weeks my fish finally…
After waiting 3 weeks my fish finally cane in but they were all alive and healthy and very beautiful

All our fish arrived healthy
All our fish arrived healthy. Shipping was great!! UPS does an amazing job. The fish weren’t packed as well as they were the first time I ordered from iFish. Their fins consequently were a little beat up but with a week in the isolation tank they’re all healthy and beautiful now.

I ordered 6 discus the fish are nice…
I ordered 6 discus the fish are nice size and seem healthy. The packing was good. Two did not ship well and lost them within 24 hours but I don't feel it was anything other than shipping stress and nothing to do with the vendor. I would order again or now if they had what I wanted in stock.
