My fish was healthy in thriving. I was nit happy with the delivery free. That's expensive when my fish was only 10 dollars then I paid 49.99 for a delivery fee. I won't be ordering from here again!!

Hi Tiffany; We completely understand. When the fish itself is only $10, the cost of shipping can definitely feel like a lot! Unfortunately, shipping live fish safely means carefully packing them in an adequate amount of water in a box made larger with styrofoam insulation for temperature management. Add on the overnight shipment and it can get expensive. Nevertheless, we are committed to making no profit on shipping to try to keep that cost as low as we can. We’re really glad you decided to give us a try, though, and most importantly, that your OB Peacock arrived healthy and is thriving. Thank you for the 5 stars and for sharing your experience!

I had a great experience using iFish. I had made an error upon placing my order and customer service directly called and emailed me to resolve the error before my shipment was delayed and even gave me stocking tips on my order. I wish I had taken her name down! Fish arrived on time and in great condition, I will definitely use ifish again.
