I have never bought fish offline before. After this experience, this may be the only way I buy them. The fish arrived very quickly and I didn't loose any in the transfer process, which they sent detailed instructions on how to do. Very satisfied with the Ifish experience.

First time ordering live fish online line. Selection was great and fish arrived all alive and healthy. 2 weeks later and they are all still doing fine!

We have ordered 7 discus from iFish for the first time. Even though it took some time before we received all the 7 discus to arrive, the email service from iFish sale rep Valerie is excellent! iFish make sure that all 7 Discus are healthy, swimming and active prior to shipment. Shipment arrive to the West Coast within 24 hours after shipment. While packing might not be the best, all 7 discus are alive, active, swimming, eating and growing after 10 days in our quarantine tank. Acclimatization for discus is very important and we make sure to slowly acclimate the discus, set tank temperature to ~88F for our 2'' and 3'' discus and ensuring that ammonia is close to 0 by performing daily 20% water change for the first few days. We have good experience with iFish and would order again.

I ordered 24 fish. All 24 fish are still alive. Good packaging. Great instructions. I will say some of the pictures were not at all what the fish actually look like. Strawberry peacocks for instance are nothing like the picture. That is okay, they are still beautiful, but I wish I would have ordered more cobalt blue cichlids. They’re prettier in person than in the picture. Overall, great. Would definitely order again and I have already sent friends to order from the Ifish store.
