They replaced for me also I ordered few more so I got all on one package. Customer service is amazing. She answered all my questions friendly. Replaced It With No Hassle! Great store for cichlids. Very fast and professional. Order was correct and came on time. Each fish was individually bagged in three different bags and no leaking. Also came in temperature and the water was remarkably clean! Wish I had a bigger tank and would have bought more. Highly recommend this fish shop .

The customer service is fantastic! Valerie and Frank typically respond to questions the same day, and want to make sure that you have a good experience...especially if this is the first time ordering fish on-line. This is my first Discus tank and my first time ordering on-line so I had a lot of questions :) The fish were colorful and healthy. Their prices are also fantastic. FedEx did take longer than expected on my first order and unfortunately, one of the fish did not make it. They quickly offered a refund or credit...I took the credit and ordered 6 more and 6 cichlids (separate tanks of course). They are all healthy and thriving! I did make sure to contact FedEx (based Frank's suggestion) to ensure that they delivered that morning so as not to be on the truck all day or to pick up that morning from the FedEx location (if you can). Thank you all so much...will definitely be ordering again!

I recently purchased 6 discus from them. Like any place you order from you are kinda nervous if it’s your first time. After the fish was quarantined they sent the fish out. The fish once received was stressed out. It’s not there fault though. The carrier was supposed to have them by 9am they didn’t arrive until 5pm. I got the fish acclimated and put in their new home. Not one fish has died and all are doing good. I will buy from them and highly recommend the company.

This is my third time buying from iFish and I couldn't be more pleased!! The colors come out amazing! The fish are healthy and strong. When I set up my other 125 gallon they will be getting all of my business ❣ Thank you guys for everything!!

Giving Frank and Valerie a 5 star post because it's as high as it goes, I have made 2 discus orders with them, lost 2 on the first order and Frank said that he would replace them with my next order, 2nd order was placed and received the 2 from the first order along with the 2nd order and only lost 1 on it but no big deal. The iFISH Store has been excellent on my orders of discus, better than expected and as described, they were packed and shipped with great care, and I for one am very greatful that this company puts as much into their customers as they do their fish.
