Good Shop
Overall, my experience with them has been very positive. My first shipment of discus came perfect, and they have great customer service communications and their prices are reasonable, and fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Hello Ignatios; Thank you for your feedback and the open communication we had before you placed your order and after you received it. We had discussed the tetra situation by email and phone prior to you placing your order because you said you had difficulty with keeping neon tetras alive in your tank. So we were glad to provide you with another type of tetra at the Neon Tetra Bulk price. We just wish they all thrived in your tank but 10 left is enough to have a nice looking school. We hope the credit on the one Discus that appeared injured and the two tetras that perished in shipping helped rectify those issues.

No regrets!
The fish were beautiful and looked exactly like their pictures... the delivery process was exactly as they described... it’s been two weeks and my fish are nice, healthy and entertaining. I only gave 4 stars because one of the fish was DOA, which saddened my heart. I did however receive a full refund promptly .. I don’t think I’ll shop anywhere else!

Customer service
One of the fish delivered to me was sickly and did not last a day. That is not an issue as it can be expected to happen on occasion due to the stress of shipment. My issue was that I had called, left messages, and emailed the company without a response about the issue. The other fish received was healthy and is doing well. Since the first part of this review, the company has since contacted me and offered to ship me a new fish with a reduced shipping fee or a partial refund as an alternative. I feel this is fair considering the issues that companies are dealing with over shipping problems created by COVID-19. I have updated my rating accordingly.

Good customer service and solid packaging
Good customer service and their packaging was very solid and safe for the fish. Only reason for 4 stars is because one of the fish I ordered (Blue Diamond Discus) was bright blue in the ad, but is actually gray/white instead.

Hi Michelle; Thank you for your business and your feedback. The Discus photos we have on our site are adult Discus. You had purchased the juvenile Discus and in the case of most Discus, their colors can be muted when they are still young and also, the stress from shipping temporarily mutes their colors. With proper diet and tank parameters, we're confident that your Blue Diamond will mature to Adult size with its distinctive brilliant blue color.

Really happy with my order love my new discus fish. They were very stressed from their trip however and I hope I don’t lose any of them.
