Was a bit skeptical, and more than afraid, about ordering fish online, but The iFISH Store has alleviated my fears. They were friendly and very informative, answering all my questions in record time. Was surprised to have my emails responded to so quickly. My first order came a day late, but the fault was with Fed-Ex, due to an "unavoidable delay" halfway here. Out of 10 fish, 9 survived the journey. I was offered a refund or replacement immediately, and received it pretty quickly. I was so impressed with the fish, and the service, I ordered a few more, and they arrived on time and all in excellent condition. Pretty amazing, considering I live on the opposite coast. Would order from them again, and have already recommended them to others. Thank you iFISH for my beautiful Discus!

I received my 10 discus in a timely manner, they were all alive and healthy. It's been a least a month. The fish are really doing well, eating like crazy and growing. I'm totally blown away with the care and professionalism. I wish I could afford a larger tank I would buy 10 more.

The iFish Store is great! Fish were very carefully packed, all arrived safely and are doing well. In any calls to the store, staff have been pleasant and helpful.

On my first order I had one dead Neon Tetra on delivery all the other fish were fine. On my second order I lost one rasbora. Hardly worth the paper work. All my Discus were fine and still swimming happily.
