Overal my experience has been average. Ordered 8 discuss, to be fair three were much larger than 2 inch that I ordered. However, one had a swim.bladder problem and died 3 days later. Another one had a deformed eye. I would never order online. I will find the nearest store, drive and see what I am paying for prior to buying. I wish the rest survive as I invested heavily in equipment and spend at least more than one hour a day testing parameters, doing water changes, siphoning waste at the bottom, etc.. you name it. It is sad to see that fish die so soon.

My order was so late. Had to contact to find out want was going on with order. No one contracted me until i emailed to find out want was going on with my order. Finally got fish. It would have been nice if i could get a discount because i had to wait to long for my order. All i got was I'm so sorry for the delay..

I ordered 5 and got 1 free discus. 2 were supposed to be red Marlboros, which don't seem to have any red. They arrived as promised. Luckily, I saw the UPS driver walk to my door and he just dropped the box and left. I was assuming that I would be signing for my discus. After acclimation and quarantine in the hospital tank, I put the discus in my new prepared tank. Temp good and water quality great. Within 3 days I lost 2 fish. I have had these now for about 60ish days, 1 runt who I thought was going to perish was saved by the treatment of internal parasites and seems to be flourishing. I am torn if I will order again from this retailer as they have great customer service but am not certain about the health of the fish I receive.

The purchase was easy. The fish were shipped beautifully! I ordered 6, 3 died rather quickly the remaining 3 are healthy and thriving.

My two gripes with Ifish are one, we spoke in advance about the timing of the delivery because my wife had Tuesday’s off. They agreed to delay shipping my order until the following week so arrival at my residence would occur on Tuesday. Unfortunately, someone missed the memo and they shipped my discus order earlier than expected leaving us to scramble to coordinate having someone home to tender to the new fish instead of leaving them on the front porch. This cost me to be late for court and my wife to have to take the afternoon off from work. The second issue was when I placed the order, as a first time customer, I received an online bonus reward of 20% off my first order. Well I forgot to enter the promo code when I placed the order. I reached out to the staff who communicated this was no problem, as they seen that in fact I failed to enter my promo code but they indicated that they would still honor the promo by issuing me a refund. Well this never happened either. As a side note, the web site indicates 2” discus fish. This too was inaccurate as 3 of 6 were the size of a quarter (1”). Nonetheless, the fish arrived very nicely packaged and all are doing well today. So in the end I am happy.

Got 3 out ot of 5 of the discus I ordered correct other two were wrong.

After i ordered i was told something was out of stock so i needed to get more of another. Should have atready been noted ss out of stock.
