Ordered two 4 in male cichlids. Arrived safe and healthy. Got to say these fish were absolutely huge and colorful. Valerie was super helpful with all my questions. I’ve ordered from other sites and paid way more for way smaller and way less colorful fish.

I just wanted to take the time to give a huge thanks to the iFish Store. It was such a smooth process. My 4 African Cichlids and Red Oscar arrived the very next day! I was so impressed considering I was estimating at the very least a week. They were package very well and all of the fish were beautifully colored. They were happy and joined my tank like they had been there all along, went straight to swimming around and eating right away. I was skeptical at first since this was my first time online order, but they did not disappoint. The process was really easy and went very smoothly. I will definitely come back in the future, and also recommend to all my fellow fish keepers. Thank you again iFish Store! You have a forever customer in me too!!

This was my; first mail fish order. I received my 24 african cichlids in a few days ago. They all came in alive, healthy and are all thriving! I just purchased a 55 and 65 gallon tank. I know where I will be buying from again! You have a life long customer! Thank you for making buying fish easy and no more going to fish stores to TRY to find African Cichlids that are different, great Variety!

I ordered 11 fish and unfortunately they got held up in transit (due to covid) and 6 were dead on arrival. Valarie took the time to call me to go over options. The new fish are on their way. Valarie turned the experience around 100%. She is a super star!

Everything went great! From the ordering process, personal phone calls, quick response to emails, and fish all arrived healthy. I ordered atleast 89 cichlids from this store and did not loose one! They have been in my tank for 3 days and are doing fantastic! Valerie was very sweet to respond to emails so quickly and even call with questions. I cannot express how impressed I am with this experience!
